How can I receive information about a particular product?

You can find the information of the product under “Product Description”. If the information provided is insufficient, please send a query to enquiry@rol.sg.

 

How can I pay for my order?

ROL.SG accepts payments via PayPal, credit cards and debit cards of the following: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club.

 

How will my credit card be charged?

Your card will be charged via PayPal’s payment interface automatically upon receiving the transaction confirmation from the credit card company.

 

How will I know if my order has been received?

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you within 24 hours after payment has been received. If not, please send us an e-mail at enquiry@rol.sg.

 

How do I return a defective product?

ROL.SG ensures that all products are in 100% good condition before we ship. However, you may return any defective product within 30 days of receipt under the condition that it is in its original condition with original packaging and tags intact. Refunds are usually issued within 3-5 working days from the time we receive your items back at our warehouse.
